WELD-ONS Cup

They are designed primarily to catch relatively large airborne particles such as lint and dust to protect the heat exchangers and evaporator coils of furnaces and central air conditioners. Buildups of airborne particles on these equipment parts can drastically reduce energy efficiency and even cause equipment breakdown. The filters themselves offer very low airflow resistance for excellent energy economy. Condensate Pump
In category: Accessories › Pumps › Hartell - Condensate is produced at a rate of up to a gallon per hour by a residential central air conditioning unit or gas condensing furnace. The installer will feed the condensate from the appliance drain into one of the pumps inlet ports. Hartell condensate pumps are equipped to connect with 3/8" ID plastic tubing. The tubing is connected to the pump check valve, leading to a drain line, sump, French drain or laundry sink. The "Lift" or "Head" of the pump refers to the height the pump is required to "lift" the water up to the drain. The distance the water needs to travel horizontally once the lift is achieved is referred to as the "Run". The "run" does not effect the lift or flow rate of the pump unless it exceeds 50 feet. "Runs" of 50' or more will decrease pump output by about 10%. Hartell condensate pumps are perfect for use as wastewater drain pumps for icemakers, beverage dispensers, drinking fountains, water coolers and dehumidifiers. AUXILIARY SAFETY SWITCH (in Accessories section) Hartell strongly recommends that all installations include a properly wired auxiliary safety switch. The auxiliary safety switch will shut down the appliance in the event of a pump overflow condition that could lead to property damage. Pump overflow can be caused by a blocked discharge line, power loss to the pump, or pump malfunction. The switch can be wired in-line with the thermostat to shut down the appliance; or wired directly to an alarm. Hartell models followed by the letter �X� include the auxiliary safety switch. |

They are designed primarily to catch relatively large airborne particles such as lint and dust to protect the heat exchangers and evaporator coils of furnaces and central air conditioners. While there are numerous 13 SEER products available today, the Meridian and TFC 2AC13 products are unique. They utilize and all aluminum, micro-channel coil. Micro-channel technology is not new. It has been used in truck and automobile radiators and air conditioning condensers for half a century or more. The technology has proved itself to be extremely reliable on literally tens of millions of automobiles. Micro-channel coils are a more efficient heat exchanger than the commonly used coils with copper tubes and aluminum fins. A very visible example of this increased efficiency can be seen by examining the 2AC13 series 5-ton 13 SEER air conditioner. This 5-ton model is only 28.5 inches tall versus competitor 5-ton models that are from 50 to 60 inches tall. Other 2AC13 models are proportionately shorter. Micro-channel coils are not only more efficient than conventional coils, they are also stronger and more durable in nearly every application. This inherent strength makes them less susceptible to damage. The all aluminum coil construction is more resistant to corrosive environments such as coastal applications. The 2AC13 series air conditioners use reliable Copeland compressors and come standard with a factory installed filter drier. The louvered galvanized steel cabinet wrapper has an attractive powder painted medium gray colored finish. |
