Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
If you need to return the order, we will refund the full purchase price less the shipping and handling as well as a 20% restocking fee to return equipment to our warehouse.
Before sending the order back, call HVACR Supplies Inc. to obtain a pre-approval and authorization for the return. We will not accept returned items without prior approval from HVACR Supplies Inc. Neatly tape the original box(es) with clear tape, as the colored tap will not be accepted, with all manufacturer documentation (warranty information, informational booklets, installation guides) inside the enclosed box.
The returned equipment must be in like-new condition in the original box provided by the manufacturer. The equipment must not have been installed. Please allow 2-3 weeks for a refund to be processed from the time we receive the return.
Returns will be accepted 14 days after the original purchase date. After the 14-day return period requests can be made to HVACR Supply Inc. directly. This covers all systems and/or supplies. Customer is responsible for all return insured freight.
Returns will be credited in the same method in which they were made. To receive credit you will be required to sign the Refund/Return Policy Statement.
